- Audience measurement data only after consent, if analytics are enabled.
The general contact form should not be used to send detailed medical information. Medical assessment takes place during a consultation, not through a website form.
Legal basis and retention
Depending on the purpose, processing may rely on requested pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, legitimate interests relating to website security, or consent for non-essential cookies.
